孟鲁司特治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘36例

目的　观察孟鲁司特治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘 (CVA)的疗效及安全性。方法　 69例患儿随机分成 2组 ,对照组给予沙丁胺醇气雾剂和酮替芬片 ,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用孟鲁司特咀嚼片 ,两组均连服 4周 ,观察疗效 ,随访 1年 ,追踪复发情况。结果　对照组总有效率 57.58% ,复发率 1 8.1 8% ,治疗组总有效率 86 .1 1 % ,复发率 5 .56 % ,经统计学检验 ,两组总有效率和复发率差异有显著性。结论　孟鲁司特治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘有较好疗效 ,可降低复发率 ,值得临床推广。

MONTELUCAST IN CHILDREN COUGH VARIANT ASTHMA:A REPORT OF 36 CASES

Objective To observe the clinical outcome and safety of Montelucast in the treatment of children cough variant asthma. Methods 69 children with cough variant asthma were randomly divided into treatment group(n=36) and control group(n=33).The controls were treated with Salbutamol and Ketotifen.The treatment group was treated with Montelucast plus Salbutamol and Ketotifen.Every treatment course was 4 weeks.The recurrence rate was followed up in one year after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and control group were 86.11% and 57.58%(P< 0.01).The recurrence rate of which were 5.56% and 18.18%(P<0.01). Conclusion Montelucast is an effective agent in the treatment of children cough variant asthma with less side effects,and lower recurrence rate.
