| 摘 要： | 为考证新型花式宫内节育器(HCu280IUD)的避孕效果,副反应和可接受性,选用目前公认较为理想的 TCu220C IUD 作对照,进行多中心随机比较性研究。结果表明:HCu280 IUD1年累积妊娠率0.95%,对照组1.41%(P>0.05);脱落率分别为1.45%和2.17%(P<0.05);因症取出率为1.73%和2.49%(P<0.05);续用率为94.72%和93.32%(P<0.05);1年随访结果提示HCu280IUD 的性能优于 TCu220C TUD。

| Abstract: | Objective:the objective was to investigate the clini- cal contraceptive effects,side-effects and the acceptabili- ty of the new type IUD HCu280.Design:a multicen- tral,randomized and comparative methods were used in the study and compared HCu280 IUD with the general accepted TCu220C.Results:in the study 2 080 women were randomly recruited from April to July,1997.99. 81% of them were followed up for lyear.The results of the study on HCu280 and TCu220C were as follows. The cumulative pregnancy rate was 0.95 % in the study group and 1.14 % in the control group(P>0.05),the expulsion rate was 1.45 % and 2.17 %(P<0.05),the removal rate for Needing and pain was 1.73 % and 2. 49%(P<0.05),the cumulative continuation rate was 94.72 % and 93.32 %(P<0.05)respectively.Conclu- sion:from the above results more than 98% women in this study were satisfied with HCu280IUD. |
