| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨合并的监测及护理对策。方法:36例急性心肌梗死患者行心电监护并观察,及时处理各种类型的心律失常。结果:密切观察急性心肌梗死患者的心电图变化,可早期发现恶性心律失常。结论:早期发现恶性心律失常,有利于急性心肌梗死患者的早期救治,降低患者病死率。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the counter measures of monitoring nursing of the patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with arrhythmia.Method We observed 36 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction by ECG deal with various types of arrhythmia in time.Results It was so closely to observe the electrocardiogram changes of patients with acute myocardial infarction that we could early detect the malignant arrhythmia.Conclusion Early detecting of the malignant arrhythmia is avail for early treatment of the patients with acute myocardial infarction and reduces the fatality rate. |
