The value of transvaginal hydrolaparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy technology in infertility

Objective: Evaluate the value of transvaginal hydrolaparoscopy(THL) combined with hysteroscopy technology in infertility diagnosis and treatment. Methods:We carried out THL association hysteroscopy for 100 cases of infertility,observed in patients with tubal patency and uterine cavity case,and compared the result of THL with hysterosalpingogram(HSG).Meanwhile,to perform the standard laparoscopy for the patients who need operation.Recorded and compared the coincidence percentage between the two method,intraoperative and postoperative complications,operation time and cost conditions. Results:The technique of THL was more accurate than HSG for diagnosis of tubal patency.Diagnostic accuracy of HSG was 78.60%.The accuracy of diagnostic tubal patency was 82.84% and diagnostic tubal patency was 71.60%.There was significant difference between the two methods.The Diagnostic agreement rate was 93.06% between THL and Lsc.The groups of THL got significantly reduced postoperative pain(P<0.01),short operation time,lower cost(P<0.05). Conclusion:THL association hysteroscopy was a more rapid,accurate,minimally invasive,safe way to check,and would be used as an early screening for female infertility.
