| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate tumor marker CA19-9,CA242,CA125 and CEA in the diagnosis of cholangiocarcinoma.Methods The protein chip-chemiluminescence 68 cases of cholangiocarcinoma in patients with serum tumor markers CA19-9,CA242,CA125 and CEA were detected.Results The cholangiocarcinoma patients CA19-9,CA242,CA125 and CEA-positive rates were 73.53%,58.82%,25.00%,13.24%,while the combined rate of 80.89 percent testing positive.Conclusion CA19-9 in diagnosis of cholangio carcinoma good application value,the joint detection of tumor marker CA19-9,CA242,CA125 and CEA in the bile duct to some extent,can improve diagnostic sensitivity |
