| Abstract: | Objective To explore the relationship between smoking and family factors in male students for providing intervention strategies.Methods Totally 1 846 male students were investigated by stratified cluster sampling and the risk factors were analyzed by logistic regression analysis.Results The smoking rate of male students was 10.8%.Older age,without living with their parents,more pocket money,bad relationships in their parents and single-parent families and so on were risk factors of smoking.Conclusion The parents should cooperate with school to carry out health education activities,and take intervention measures for reducing smoking rate of male students. |
