| Abstract: | Objective To investigate effect of community rehabilitation on life quality of patients with heroin-assosiated encephalopathy(HE).Methods A total of 21 HE were randomly divided into the community rehabilitation training group(treatment group,n=11) and followed-up group(the control group,n=10).FIM and QOL were used to evaluate the activities of daily living and quality of life before,3 months and 6 months after intervention respectively.Results There was no significantly difference in scores of FIM and QOL between the two groups.Both FIM and QOL improved in 3 months after intervention in rehabilitation treatment group(P<0.01),and the improved further 6 months after intervention,while follow-up group had no improvement.Conclusion Systematic,standard,and ongoing community rehabilitation management can improve FIM and QOL of patients with HE. |
