系统康复锻炼在不稳定股骨粗隆间骨折术后病人康复护理中的应用

目的:总结探讨不稳定股骨粗隆间骨折术后病人康复护理措施.方法:选择2009年6月～2010年12月在我院骨科住院治疗的128例不稳定股骨粗隆间骨折病人为研究对象,随机将其分为干预组和对照组各64例,两组病人均给予骨科术后常规护理,干预组在此基础上给予系统功能锻炼指导,比较两组病人住院天数、住院费用、术后并发症及Harris评分.结果:两组病人住院天数、住院费用及术后并发症、Harris评分方面比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:系统康复锻炼、疼痛管理,有利于促进病人早日康复.

Application of systemic rehabilitation exercise on patients with instabile intertrochanteric fracture

Objective:To investigate the effect of postoperative care on rehabilitation of the patients with instable intertrochanteric fractures.Methods:128 patients with instable intertrochanteric fractures which were hospitalized in our orthopaedic department from June 2009 to December 2010 were chosen as our research object,chose 128 patients were randomly divided into the interventional group(64 cases)and control group(64 case).The orthopaedic postoperative conventional care were given to the patients in two groups.Additionally,strengthening the orthopaedic special nursing and proper functional exercise,paying attention to the psychological care and health education were applied to the patients in interventional group.Compared the hospitalized days,the hospital expenses,the postoperative complications and Harris score in the two groups.Results:Two groups of patients in hospital stay,cost of hospitalization and postoperative complications,Hairris score difference was statistically singnificant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The orthopedics nurses in clinical practice should strengthen the postoperative care,the proper functional exercises,psychological care and health education for patients with instable intertrochanteric fractures to promote the recovery of the patients.
