| 摘 要： | 目的 :总结鼻腔鼻窦真菌感染的诊断和治疗。方法 :对 6 8例鼻真菌病的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 :CT扫描鼻真菌病主要特点为窦腔软组织内有大小不一的高密度不均匀的斑片状或点状钙化灶 ;病理检查均见真菌菌丝或孢子。结论 :CT扫描和病理检查对鼻真菌病的诊断有一定价值 ;手术彻底清除病灶、改善通气引流是有效的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To review the diagnosis and treatment of non-invasive mycosis of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses.Methods: A retrospective study on 68 cases of non-invasive mycosis of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses was performed. Results: CT showed heterogeneous opacification and calcifilation in the paranasal sinuses. The diagnosis was confirmed by the presence of fungal septate hyphae and fungus balls in the biopsy materials. Conclusion: Pathological examination and CT scan are valuable for diagnosis on mycosis of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses. FESS is effective in treating of non-invasive mycosis of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses. |
