| 摘 要： | 报告４２例颅咽管瘤的ＣＴ表现和有关临问题，着重对不典型病例进行分析，指出颅咽管瘤仅３８％发生于１５岁以下；瘤体可向远处广泛侵犯，但鞍上池的完全闭塞和钙化可资与其他肿瘤鉴别；囊性肿瘤和实质性肿瘤均可呈高、等、低密度，二者的鉴别点在于前者仅有整壁强化而后者明显均匀强化。

| Abstract: | Clinical misdiagnosis of craniopharyngioma is by no means rare.The authors report 42cases of craniopharyngioma with specially analysing their atypical CT manifestations and related clinicalfeatures.The resuils showed that:(1)Only 38% of craniopharyngiomas occur under the age of 15.(2)Craniopharyngioma may invade extensively and remotely,resulting in obliteration of the suprasellarcistern,by which we could differentiate it from other tumors.(3)Both cystic and solid tumors couldappear as hypodense,isodense or hyperdense area on unenhanced scans,but on contrast enhanced scansthe formenr showed obvious enhancement of cyst wall and the latter showed apparently evenenhancement of the whole tumor. |
