摘    要:目的:优选南方红豆杉中多糖的提取工艺。方法:以多糖提取率为评价指标,以pH、提取时间、提取温度、液料比为考察因素,采用单因素试验与响应面分析相结合的方法,优选南方红豆杉中多糖的提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为设定pH为5,提取时间为20 min,提取温度为60℃,液料比为30∶1(V/V);在该工艺条件下,多糖提取率为0.68%。结论:所选工艺合理、可行,可用于南方红豆杉中多糖的提取。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To optimize the extraction technology of polysaccharide from Taxus chinensis. METHODS: The extraction technology of polysaccharide from T. chinensis was optimized by single factor test and response surface analysis with the extraction rate of polysaccharide as index using pH value, extraction time, extraction temperature and ratio of drug to liquid as factors. RESULTS: The optimal extraction conditions were pH value of 5, extraction for 20 min, at 60℃, and ratio of drug to liquid 30:1 (V/V). The extraction rate of polysaccharide was 0.68% under the condition. CONCLUSIONS: The optimized technology is reasonable and feasible, and can be used for the extraction of polysaccharide from T. chinensis.
