| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨自发行肾破裂的诊断及治疗方法。方法：回顾分析自发性肾破裂１１例并复习文献。结果：本组中肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤（ＡＭＬ）并出血６例，肾癌１例，原因不明４例。原因不明４例保守治疗成功，余７例均手术治疗。结论：掌握本病临床特点配合ＣＴ检查，可提高诊断率。原因不明者，行肾切除应谨慎。

| Abstract: | Objective:WT5BZ]To explore the diagnosis and treatment of spontaneous rupture of kidney.WT5HZ]Methods:WT5BZ]11 csaes of the spontaneous rupture of kidney and literature were reviewed.WT5HZ]Results:WT5BZ]Renal angiomyolipoma with hemorrhage was found in 6 of them.Reanl cell carcinoma was found in one of them and another 4 of them was ambiguous.Conservative treatment was adopted in 4 ambiguous,operation was undertaken in remaning 7 patients.WT5HZ]Conclusion:WT5BZ]To master the clinical characteristic of the disease with CT scanning,the rate of diagnosis can be raised.In cases the primary cause has not been clarified,radical nephrectomy might caution to be undertaken.
