| 摘 要： | 本研究采用三只猫的空肠,以冰冻切片—美兰染色,分离出肌间神经丛的神经节,制备超薄切片,电镜观察。发现神经节细胞具有植物性神经元的特点。神经节细胞周围的神经氈中可见许多轴泡体的断面,依其中小泡类型的不同可以分为三类:1.含圆形无顆粒小泡型膨体。2.有粒小泡型膨体。3.异质(大暗)颗粒型膨体。另外,还见到平滑肌间的终末。同时对不同类型的膨体与平滑肌运动的关系进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | The nerve ganglia in the myenteric plexus of three cat's jejunum were selected out by method of frozen section-methylene blue stain, then nerve ganglia were cut into ultrathin sections. Under clectron microscope the nerve ganglia cells show the feature of autonomic neurons. The perikaryons are embedded in neuropil, in which the axons show swellings, generally oval in shape and characterized by a high number of vesicles. Three different types of vesiculate axonal swellings were identified: (a) with round agranular vesicles; (b) with granulated vesicles; (c) with heterogeneous granulated vesicles. In addition, axonal swellings also occurred among the smooth muscle fibers. Probable relationships between various axonal swellings and function of smooth muscle fiber were discussed. |
