社会心理干预对慢性精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响

目的探讨社会心理干预对慢性精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响。方法将80例慢性精神分裂症患者随机分为干预组和对照组，各40例，对照组单用药物治疗，干预组合并社会心理干预。在人组时及第6、12个月分别对两组采用PANSS评定患者病情，社会功能缺陷筛选量表（SDSS）和生活质量综合评定问卷（GQOLI-74）评定患者社会功能及生活质量。结果干预组SDSS总分在6个月及12个月时均显著低于对照组，干预组GQOLI-74评分在6个月和12个月时除物质生活维度外，其他三个维度均显著高于对照组。两组PANSS评分则无显著性差异。结论社会心理干预可改善患者社会功能，提高患者生活质量。

Effect of social and psychological intervention on quality of life in chronic schizophrenia

Objective To explore the effect of social and psychological intervention on quality of life in chronic schizophrenia. Methods 80 chronic schizophrenia patients were randomly divided into intervention group（ n = 40）and control group（ n = 40）and control group （n = 40）. The control group were only treated with drugs and the intervention group were treated with drugs plus social and psychological intervention. They were evaluated with PANSS,SDSS and GQOLI -74 before the trial 6,12 month later. Results The total scores of SDSS in intervention group were significantly louer than those in control group in 6^th and 6^th month. The scores of GQOLI -74 in intervention group were significantly higher than those in control group in 6^th and 12^th month except the substance dimension. There was no significan difference batween two groups in the scores of PANSS. Conclusion Social and psychological intervention can improve the social ability and the quality of life in chronic schizophrenia.
