| 摘 要： | 肘部尺神经卡压综合征是尺神经在尺神经沟内的一种进行性慢性损害,亦称肘管综合征、迟发性尺神经炎,其发病率在周围神经卡压综合征中仅次于腕管综合征,目前有效的治疗方法为手术治疗1-2].
