| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨开颅治疗高血压性脑出血的简便、快速、有效的手术方法。方法:对68例通过小骨窗开颅手术治疗的高血压性脑出血患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:术后24小时复查头颅CT,58例患者的脑内血肿得到完全或大部清除;术后随访2～12个月,根据GOS进行预后评估:Ⅰ级28例;Ⅱ级16例;Ⅲ级11例;Ⅳ级3例;Ⅴ级10例。结论:小骨窗开颅治疗高血压性脑出血具有微创、快速、简便的特点,适合大多数高血压脑出血病人的手术治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore a convenient and effective technique in the surgical treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH).Methods:68 cases of HICH which were treated by small bone flap craniotomy was analyzed retrospectively.Results:24th after operation,CT scan showed intracerebral hematoma got a total or subtotal evacuation in 58 cases.2～12 months after operation,according to GOS,28cases had a good recovery(Ⅰ),16 ended with mild disabling(Ⅱ),11 with sever disabling(Ⅲ).3 with persistent vegetative state(Ⅳ),and 10 with death(Ⅴ).Conclusion:Small bone flap craniotomy might be a minimally invasive and convenient method for the surgical treatment of HICH.It might be a good choice for the operative treatment of most HICH. |
