| 摘 要： | 应用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶等电聚焦技术，调查了吉林省延边地区２０４名汉族个体唾液酸性富含脯氨酸蛋白基因型分布．基因分布如下，即ＰＲＨ１１＝０．０６６２，ＰＲＨ１２＝０．１８１４，ＰＲＨ１４＝０．７３７８，ＰＲＨ１６＝０．０１４８；ＰＲＨ２１＝０．７８９３，ＰＲＨ２２＝０．２１０７．按ＨａｒｄｙＷｅｉｎｂｅｒｇ法进行吻合度检验，其观察值和期望值一致．

| Abstract: | The distribution of phenotypes of salivary acidic proline rich proteins were studied using the polyacrylamide gel isoelectric focusing technique in 204 parotid saliva samples collected at random from Han population in Yanbian area. The gene frequencies were as follows: PRH1*1=0.0662, PRH1*2=0.1814,PRH1*4=0.7378, PRH1*6=0.0148; PRH2*1=0.7893, PRH2*2=0.2107. The observed numbers of the phenotypes were in agreement with the expected numbers under the Hardy Weinberg equilibrium. |
