| 摘 要： | 采用聚合酶链反应（ＰＣＲ）与胸膜活检术，对３０例结核性胸膜炎患者进行检查，并与ＯＴ试验、胸水找抗酸杆菌进行对比分析。显示聚合酶链反应和胸膜活检对结核性胸膜炎的诊断，较ＯＴ试验和胸水找抗酸杆菌有明显的优越性。
