| 摘 要： | 对６０例老年冠心病患者进行了血粘度、血脂和血流动力学测定。结果显示冠心病患者的血粘度、血脂及血流动力学指标中Ｃｏ、ＣＩ、ＥＦ、ＴＰＲ与正常对照组差别显著（Ｐ＜０．０１），且３种测定结果具有相关性。表明冠心病患者血粘度、血脂增高、血流动力学变化明显，对老年人定期随访测定，有助于及时防治冠心病。

| Abstract: | Blood viscosity,lipemia and hemodynamics were determined in 60 cases of senile Coronary heart disease (CHD) The result showed that the parameters of blood viscosity,blood lipid,CO,Cl,EF,and TPR were presented differences significantly between CHD and health subjects,otherwise theree parameters are presented linear correlation these data indicated that blood viscosity,blood lipid and hemodynamics were changed obviously and regnlar follow up is important for preventing and treating the senile CHD |
