半导体激光对小白鼠骨髓细胞染色体影响的研究

摘    要:用半导体激光致畸小白鼠骨髓细胞染色体试验评价了不同功率激光照射下的细胞遗传学效应。将分组小白鼠用半导体激光器分别做梯度剂量照射。实验结果表明,在波长830nm半导体激光的照射下,小白鼠骨髓细胞染色体出现多倍体,且畸变率与照射剂量成正比关系。

Abstract:In order to evaluate the genetic effect on cells which were irradiated by different powers of lasers,we used semiconductor lasers to cause dysmorphorsis of chromosome in mice's medullary cells And the subjects were divided into groups and were irradiated by gradient dosages using semiconductor lasers The experimental results showed that polyploid appeared in chromosome of mice's medullary cells under the irradiations of semiconductor lasers whose waves were 830nm It was also found that the rate of dysmorphosis had the relationship of direct proportion with irradiation dosages
