| 摘 要： | 采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附测定（ＥＬＩＳＡ）的方法，对６２名小儿肺炎血清ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平进行测定。实验表明：肺炎患儿血清ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ的含量（１）实验组与对照组比较有显著差异。（２）病情严重不同组有明显差别。（３）各种不同病原体组无显著性差异。综上所述，肺炎患儿免疫功能受抑制原因之一可能与血清ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ升高有关。血清中ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ测定对诊断肺炎的病情，疗效和转归有一定的指导意义。

| Abstract: | With the method of double antibody ELISA we tested sIL-2R level in serum of 62 children who contracted pneumonia. The test showed: The content of sIL-2R in pneumonia children's serum(1) There was a significant difference between the testing group and control group.(2) There are apparent differences among groups in different extent of the illness. (3) there wasn't much difference in various kinds of pathogen group. The mentioned shows one of the causes that restrained pneumonia children's immunity may relate the increase of sIL-2R in serum .The test on sIL-2R in serum of pneumonia children has certain guidance in diagnosis curative effect and outcome. |
