骨折愈合过程中大鼠体内SOD活力变化及外源性SOD对骨痂形成的影响

摘    要:为探讨超氧化物对实验性骨折愈合的影响,本文检测了实验性骨折前后大鼠体内超氧化物歧化酶活力的变化,并观察了使用外源性超氧化物歧化酶以后,骨折部位骨痂组织细胞的形态学变化。结果表明:骨折后大鼠体内超氧化物歧化酶活力明显低于骨折前(P〈0.05);外源性超氧化物歧化酶可使早期骨痂内毛细血管含量增加,软骨细胞,成纤维细胞功能活跃,基质钙化迅速,完全,骨性骨痂发生早。认为超氧化物歧化酶有促进骨折愈合的作用。

Abstract:To investigate the effects of superoxide dismutase (SOD) on fracture healing, we detected the bioactivity of SOD in the blood and exammied the histologic and ultrastructural features of callus before and after using exogenic SOD in rats. The results showed that the activity of SOD was significatly decreasd after experimental fracture (P<0 05) during intravenous therapy of SOD, capillary formation was abundant,the osteoblasts and fibroblasts were more active in forming bony tissues in the early callus.Mineralization of collagenous matrix was accelerated and ossification process was shortened during the fracture healing.It suggested that the healing of experimetal fracture was expedited as a result of treatment with SOD.
