| 摘 要： | 用酶联免疫吸附试验法对延边地区７０６名农民进行了乙型肝炎病毒感染标志的血清流行病学研究．延边地区７０６名农民的乙型肝炎病毒总感染率为４８．４％．乙型肝炎表面抗原、表面抗体和核心抗体阳性率分别为８．２％，３７．３％和１３．７％．男、女间乙型肝炎病毒总感染率无显著性差异．乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原和核心抗体阳性率在１５～２４岁组达高峰，以后随着年龄的增长而有下降趋势，乙型肝炎病毒表面抗体和乙型肝炎病毒总感染率随着年龄增长而上升．乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原阳性者中３４％ｅ抗原阳性，这部分人群具有较强的传染性．

Seroepidemiological survey of HBV infection in Korean peasants of Yanbian areas |

| Abstract: | A seroepidemiological study of HBV infection was carried out in 706 Korean peasants of Yanbian areas by ELISA. The overall HBV infection rate was found to be 48.4% in the population,without significant difference between the males and the females.The positive rates of HBsAg, HBsAb and HBcAb were 8.2%,37.3% and 13.7% respectively. The peaks of positive rates of HBsAg and HBcAb appeared at the age of 15～24 years,and then decreased.However,the positive rate of HBsAb and the HBV infection rate increased with the increase of age.Thirty four percent of HBsAg positive persons was HBeAg positive.These persons could be the reservorivs of HBV infection. |
