社区老年人颈椎病性心律失常临床特点分析

目的：探索社区老年人颈椎病所致心律失常临床特点，为社区医生对心律失常患者的治疗提供另一种思路。方法：采用多年收集的社区病例进行系统的颈椎病治疗，与单纯抗心律失常药物治疗的疗效进行比较。结果：所研究对象中经颈椎病缓解症状治疗后52．17％的患者心电图趋于正常，短期内复发患者4例。结论：对来社区就诊的抗心律失常药物效果不佳的老年患者，应考虑是否存在颈椎病的病因因素，积极缓解其颈椎病症状，有利于控制心律失常的发生。
