氧化锌晶须改性光固化复合树脂的力学性能和抑菌性

摘    要:目的研究四针状氧化锌晶须改性的临床用光固化复合树脂的力学性能和抑菌性,为减少继发龋提供新途径。方法向光固化复合树脂中添加质量比为0%、1%、3%、5%、10%经硅烷偶联剂KH-570处理的四针状氧化锌晶须,通过机械和超声搅拌均匀后,快速填入模具中固化,研究复合树脂的力学性能和对变形链球菌的抑菌性。结果随着T—ZnOw添加量的增加,改性后的临床用光固化复合树脂的弯曲强度和显微硬度先增大后减小,其中5%组具有最高值,1%,10%组与空白组无显著差异(P〉0.05),3%组较空白组有显著差异(P〈0.05);抑菌率随着T—ZnOw添加量的增加,对变形链球菌的抑菌率提高,其较空白组均有显著差异(P〈0.05)。结论添加T—ZnOw为5%组的弯曲强度和显微硬度最高,抑菌率达到90%以上。

Abstract:Objective To study the effects of addition of tetrapod zinc oxide whisker on the mechanical and antibacterial properties of light cured composite resin, and to provide a new way to reduce secondary caries in composite resins. Methods To add 0% , 1% , 3% , 5% , or 10% tetrapod needle-like zinc ox- ide whisker silane coupling agent KH-570 silicidation to light cured composite resin, mechanically and ul- trasonically mixing evenly, fast filling mold curing, and to measure the mechanical properties of the com- posite resin. Results With the increase of the added amount of T-ZnOw , the bending strength and micro-hardness of the modified light-cured composite resin were increased at first and then decreased. Among them, the 5% group showed the highest values, the 1% and 10% groups showed non-significant differ- ence compared with those of the blank group (P 〉 0.05) , and the 3% group had significant difference compared with that of the control group (P 〈 0.05). The inhibition rate of Streptococcus mutans was in- creased along with the increasing amount of added T-ZnOw, and all groups showed significant inhibitory effect on the bacteria compared with that of the control group (P 〈 0 05). Conclusions The 5% T-ZnO group has the highest bending strength and microhardness, and the highest anti-bacterial inhibitory effect up to 90%.
