| 摘 要： | 目的：比较人脐带血清（CBS）与细胞因子在骨髓血细胞培养中的效应。方法：在体外人骨骨CFU－GM、CFU－E、BFU－E、CFU－GEMM、CAFC、LTC－IC培养体系中，加入CBS或／和细胞因子，观察所形成的集落。结果：与细胞因子比，CBS中含有较高的GM－CSF、EPO、SCF、IL－3、IL－6等活性，能直接刺激骨髓造血细胞形成。结论：CBS内的造血刺激活性能刺激CFU－GM、CFU－E、BFU－E、CFU－GEMM的生长，使CAFC、LTC－IC、得到明显扩增，具有一定应用前景。

| Abstract: | Objective: To compare the effects of human CBS (Cord Blood Serum) with cytokins on hematopoietic cells culture in vitro. Methods: Observed the colony forming capacity of CFU-GM.CFU-E. BFU-E.CFU-GEMM.CAFC.LTC-IC when they were cultivated using hBMNC with CBS and/or cytokines. Results: Compared with to the effects of cytokins, CBS contains such substances as GM-CSF. EPO, SCF. IL-3.IL-6 and so on CBS could promote the forming of hematopoietic cells of BMC. Conclusion: CBS contains some activities which can promote the forming of CFU-GM, CFU-E , BFU-E, CFU-GFMM. CAFC, LTC-IC. It may be of a fine prospects of clinical appliance. |
