推拿手法加中药治疗腰椎骨质增生的临床疗效观察

目的：观察推拿手法加中药治疗腰椎骨质增生的临床疗效。方法：将75例腰椎骨质增生患者分为观察组45例和对照组30例,观察组采用推拿和内服外敷中药方法治疗,对照组仅用推拿而不用中药的方法施治。结果：观察组总有效率为95.55%,对照组总有效率为76.66%,两组差异有统计学意义（X^2=7.20,P〈0.01）。结论：推拿治疗腰椎骨质增生可疏通经络,解除软组织痉挛,促进局部血液循环,配合内服外敷中药治疗可提高有效率,较快减轻患者的痛苦。

Observation on the Clinical Treatment Efficiency of Massage Plus TCM in Treating Lumbar Hyperosteogeny

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of massage with TCM in treating lumbar hyperosteogeny. Method ：75 patients who suffered from lumbar hyperosteogeny were divided into 2 groups, the observation group with 45 patients and the control group with 30 patients. The observation group was treated both by massage and with the internal and external treatment of TCM and the control group was treated only by traditional massage. Result：For the observation group the total efficiency was 95.55% and for the control group the total efficiency was 76.66%, with differences of statistical significance （ X^2 = 7.20 ,P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion：The massage treatment for lumbar hyperosteogeny can help ease the muscle spasms of the soft tissue and promote blood circulation. Massage therapy plus CTM can improve the treatment efficiency more quickly.
