一种新的细胞学标本染色方法

目的　研究一种染色清晰、操作简便、成本较低的细胞学标本染色方法。方法　瑞氏染液初染及固定 ,姬姆萨染液复染 ,伊红酒精染色和分化。结果　胞核染成紫红色 ,染色质清楚 ,粗细松紧可辨 ;胞浆和核仁呈蓝色略带紫红色。结论　新方法具有配制省时省力、即配即用、成本较低、操作简便、染色时间缩短、细胞着色鲜艳、结构清晰等特点。宜于普及推广。

A New Method of Cytological Staining

Objective To sutdy a staining method that is convenient and economy for use and clear for staining.Method To dye first and fix by Wrights fluid,then redye by Giemsas fluid,dye and differentiate by eosin and alcohol.Results We got the stained color as purplish red nucles,clear chromatin and it is easy to identify its caliber and tightness.Cytoplast and nucleolus were blue with a little purplish red color.Conclusions The newly developed method is more convenient and effective for use,with shortening time of staining and making cells color bright and structure clear.Its should be popularized widely.
