| 摘 要： | 目的探讨影响重症监护病房下呼吸道感染的相关因素。方法选取在我院ICU治疗的392例患者，对其相关资料进行回顾性分析。结果大量应用抗生素、建立人工气道、应用呼吸机、合并肺部慢性疾病史、应用抑酸药物、低蛋白血症为影响下呼吸道感染的危险因素（OR均大于1，P〈0．01或P〈0．05）。结论对影响重症监护病房下呼吸道感染的因素加以预防，可以减少下呼吸道感染的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To analysis the influencing factors of lower respiratory tract infection in ICU. Methods To review 392 cases of patients with lower respiratory tract infection in the ICU of our hospital Results Lots of antibiotics, tracheostomy, duration of mechanical, merge history of COPD, inhibitory acid medicine and hypoalhuminemia are the influencing factors of lower respiratory tract infection in ICU （ OR 〉 1, P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion We must have comprehensive measures to cope with the risk factors lower respiratory tract infection in ICU. |
