| 摘 要： | 目的掌握湛江口岸出入境人员丙型肝炎感染及人群分布情况,以确定监测工作重点,为制定丙肝防控措施提供科学的依据。方法用酶联免疫法(ELISA)对出入境人员进行HCV抗体检测;并对感染者进行流行病学调查。结果在9226名不同人群的出入境人员HCV抗体检测中,检出阳性63例,检出率0.68%,其中劳务输出检出率最高,2.00%;按年龄段的分类分析21～30岁检出率最高,1.06%;63例丙肝感染者中21人ALT偏高,占33.3%;63例感染者中51人有静脉吸毒史,占81.0%。结论加强HCV抗体检测和丙型肝炎的防治知识宣传教育,确保出入境人员身体健康,严防传染性疾病的传入、传出。
