寻常性银屑病患者血清中MIF和VEGF的表达

目的探讨巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)与寻常性银屑病的关系。方法用人MIF,VEGF的ELISA试剂盒分别测定40例银屑病患者和17例正常人血清中MIF和VEGF值。结果寻常性银屑病患者MIF水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01),进行期患者高于静止期(P<0.01);进行期寻常性银屑病患者VEGF水平高于静止期(P<0.01)及正常对照组;寻常性银屑病患者血清中MIF水平与PASI评分成正相关,而VEGF水平与PASI评分无相关性(P>0.05);寻常性银屑病患者血清中MIF与VEGF水平呈正相关性(P<0.05)。结论寻常性银屑病患者血清MIF和VEGF水平明显改变,二者可能在寻常性银屑病发病机制中起重要作用。

The Expression of Serum Macrophage Migration Inhibitory Factor and Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor in Patients with Psoriasis Vulgaris

Objective To investigate the relationship between macrophage migration inhibitory factor(MIF)vascular endothelialgrowth factor(VEGF)and psoriasis.Methods Sera were taken from 40 patients with psoriasis vulgaris and 17 normal controls.The serum levels of MIF and VEGF were measured by double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Clinical severity of psoriasis vulgaris was assessed by psoriatic area severity index(PASI).Results The serum MIF levels were significantly higher in patients with psoriasis vulgaris than those in normal controls(P<0.01).And in progressive stage than those in stationary stage(P<0.01)of psortatic patients.The concentrations of MIF were significantly higher in patients of progressive stage than those in stationary stage(P<0.01)and normal controls(P<0.01).There was a significant correlation between serum MIF levels and PASI(P<0.05)but not VEGF levels(P>0.05).Furthermore,the expression of serum MIF levels and serum VEGF levels had positive correlation(P<0.05).Conclusion The results indicate that serum MIF and VEGF levels are significantly higher in patients with psoriasis vulgaris,which may be involved in the pathogenesis of psoriasis vulgaris.
