摘    要:临床实习是医学生向临床医生过渡的关键时期,临床带教教师应引导医学生掌握好儿科特点、勤动眼、勤动脑、勤动手、勤动腿,注重医学生儿科临床实践技能、临床思维能力、良好的沟通能力和技巧的培养,这些是医学生成功向实习医生角色转变的关键。

Abstract:The clinical internship is the key transition period of a medical student becoming a doctor. The pediatric clinical teacher should guide the medical student to grasp the pediatrics characteristics and make good use of his eyes, brain, hands and legs, emphasize the cultivation of the clinical practice skill and clinical thought capacity, and good communication a- bility and skills. All of these are the keys to guide the medical student to be an intern
