针刀闭合松解术配合手法治疗神经根型颈椎病临床研究

目的:观察针刀闭合松解术配合手法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将86例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为两组,观察组54例,对照组32例。观察组给予针刀闭合松解术配合手法治疗,对照组予以针灸治疗,分别治疗两个疗程后判定疗效,对两组患者治疗前后临床疗效和影像学进行分析。结果:观察组有效率为98.1%,对照组有效率78.1%,两组疗效比较有显著差异(P0.05),观察组在改善颈椎生理曲度、纠正棘突偏歪和改善椎间隙的宽窄度方面也明显优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:针刀闭合松解术配合手法治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效显著,是临床治疗神经根型颈椎病一种可行、有效的方法。
