| 摘 要： | 目的 对复方苦参注射液进行稳定性研究。方法 以高效液相色谱法测定苦参碱含量变化为指标 ,进行恒温加速试验和室温留样考察。结果 加速试验测得的数据基本不变 ,与室温留样考察结果相符。结论 本制剂稳定性较好 ,有效期可达 2年

| Abstract: | Objective To study the stability of Compound Radix Sophorae Flavescentis Injection.Methods HPLC was used to determine the content of matrine under classical isothermal method and longterm storage test.Results No significant changes were noted in the color,clarity,pH value and the content of matrine.Conclusions Compound Compound Radix Sophorae Flavescentis Injection was very stable.Its expiry shall be 2 years. |
