| 摘 要： | 目的探讨超声监测在宫腔镜下疑难节育器取出术中的应用价值。方法回顾2006年12月-2009年3月在复旦大学附属妇产科医院门诊就诊、常规取环失败的33例患者，均应用超声诊断并引导宫腔镜取环。结果33例患者均在超声引导下顺页利取出节育环或残留宫内节育器，其中26例（78％）为绝经期妇女。超声检查因宫内节育器嵌顿致取器困难28例，子宫因素导致取器困难5例。结论超声监测下宫腔镜取环可提高各种疑难宫内节育器取出的成功率，有利于提高手术的准确性，减少并发症。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the role of ultrasonography for removal procedure of difficult intrauterine device （IUD） in hysteroscopy. Methods From Dec 2006 to Mar 2009, 33 cases with IUD which had difficulty in rontine removal procedures received hysteroscopic removal of IUD with the guidance of ultrasonography. Results Among these 33 women, 26 were postmenopausal women. All of 33 IUD were removed successfully. Ultrasound examination revealed that the most cormaaon causes for difficult removal of IUD were embedded IUD （n = 28） , In addition, uterine factors leaded to the difficulty in removal IUD （n = 5）. Conclusion Application of utrasonography during hysteroscopy is a safe and effective method for removing IUD which had difficulty in routine removal procedures. |
