冻疮膏的配制和疗效观察

目的：为了减轻和消除我国寒冷地区，特别是东北地区和一些偏远贫困山区中小学生冬季手、足、耳等部位被冻伤而带来学习生活的不便和痛苦。方法：1987年以来通过自制药膏运用于500余例冻伤患者观察，近年来选择50例患者随机分为2组，治疗组用冻疮膏涂擦，对照组用5％的硼酸软膏涂擦。结果：治疗组效果显著，80％患者用药两次后痊愈，而对照组仪5例好转，差异非常明显。冻疮膏用于冻伤治疗效果显著，使用方便。

The preparation of Frostbite Cream and Efficacy

Objective To reduce and eliminate the incenvenience and pain suffering from frostbite of students on hands and feet and ears in cold regions of China, especially in the Northeast and some remote mountainous areas in winter . Methods Since 1987, home - made cream used by more than 500 eases of frostbite were observed in recent years, selected 50 patients , were randomly divided into 2 groups, treatment group with frostbite cream rubbed and control group with 5% boric acid ointment rubbed. Results 80% of patients cured after treatment twice in treatment group, while the control group, only 5 were improved, the difference is obvious. Conclusion frostbite cream treatment for frostbite is significant,and easy to use.
