卡价苗多糖核酸联合常规用药治疗变应性鼻炎疗效分析

目的：探讨卡价苗多糖核酸联合常规用药治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效.方法：185例变应性鼻炎患者随机分为治疗组和观察组.观察组（n＝93）采用常规治疗（地氯雷他定、布地奈德鼻喷雾剂）;治疗组（n=92）在观察组治疗的基础上加用卡价苗多糖核酸注射液0.5mg肌肉注射,隔日一次,连续6周,在治疗后2、4周和6月,根据症状和体征记分评定两组患者的治疗效果.结果：治疗组在治疗后4周记分和疗效明显优于观察组（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）,并在治疗4周以后病情仍持续改善.结论：在常规治疗的基础上加用卡价苗多糖核酸后AR疗效明显提高,疗效维持时间明显延长.

Efficacy of BCG Polysaccharide and Nucleic Acid Preparation on allergic rhinitis patients

Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect of BCG polysaccharide and nucleic acid preparation on allergic rlinitis. Method All the inclosed cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group; the control group took budesonide nasal spray added with desloratadine tablets; the treatment group added with BCG polysaccharide and nucleic acid preparation based on the treatment of the contol group.EpiData and SPSS software were used . Results The cure effective rate of the treatment group excelled which of the control group obviously, the pathogenetic condition still improved after 4 weeks in the treatment group. Conclusion The curative effect improved and the sustained time extended obviously after added with BCG polysaccharide and nucleic acid preparation in the conventional therapy of allergic rhinitis.
