应用大块髂骨重建胫骨平台粉碎骨折合并平台缺损

目的：分析评价应用大块髂骨植入胫骨平台重建胫骨平台粉碎骨折合并平台缺损的疗效。方法：本组13例胫骨平台粉碎骨折AO分类均为C3型,取自体大块髂骨植入一侧胫骨平台,用拉力螺钉、“T”型钢板和“高尔夫”型钢板内固定重建胫骨平台关节面。结果：本组13例随访6～18个月,植入的大块髂骨无塌陷,术后6个月膝关节HSS评分78～95分,平均90．3分。结论：应用大块自体髂骨植入重建胫骨平台近期疗效满意。

Reconstruction with massive iliac bone to treat comminuted fracture combined with defect of tibial plateau

Objective: To investigate the efficacy of the reconstruction with massive iliac bone for the treatment of comminuted fracture combined with defect of tibial plateau. Methods: 13 patients of type C3 according the AO classification were operated as follows: one massive iliac autograft was filled into the defect of tibial plateau to reconstruct the joint surface of the tibial plateau, and then fixed with "T" plate and "golf" type plate. Results: All cases were followed up, ranged from 6 to 18 months, and no collapsing of the massive iliac bone was founded. According to knee HSS scoring system, the score were ranged from 78 to 95, average 90.3. Conclusions: There is satisfactory result for reconstructing the tibial plateau with massive iliac bone during the short-term follow-up.
