EP+COP方案治疗难治性非霍奇金淋巴瘤36例临床观察

目的 评价难治性非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)治疗方法.方法 以EP COP方案治疗36例难治性非霍奇金淋巴瘤,其中20例CHOP方案治疗后达完全缓解后复发,12例多个疗程(COP、CHOP)治疗后未缓解或病情进行性恶化,4例为初治但心电图有T波及ST段改变且病理为高度恶性.结果 36例患者治疗后完全缓解率为61.1%(22/36),总有效率为83.3%(30/36).2、3年生存率为55.6%(20/36)、44.4%(16/36).主要毒副反应为骨髓抑制和胃肠道反应,外周神经炎.结论 EP COP方案治疗难治性非霍奇金淋巴瘤具有疗效确切,毒副反应小,且价格便宜的优点.

Clinical observation of EP + COP regiment in the treatment of 36 cases of intractable Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma

Objective To explore the chemotherapy regimen for intractable Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma.Methods The EP COP regimen treated 36 intractable Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma cases,including 20 cases recurrenced after being acquired complete remission by CHOP regimen,12 cases acquired poor response or exacerbation after a number of COP or CHOP regimen,and 4 cases of newly diagnosed with abnormal T mave and ST segment electrocardiogram and the patholgoical results with aggressive. Results 36 cases after treated,Complete remission rate is 61.1%(22/36),The effective rate is 83.3%.The 2-,3-year survival is 55.6%(20/36),44.4%(16/36).Adverse drug reaction were hmyelosupression nausea,vomit,and peripheral neuritis. Conclusion This regimen is effective and efficient and used safely in clinic with less adverse effects and less expensive.
