| 摘 要： | 目的研究舌下腺组织瓣在舌侧缘缺损修复中的应用效果。方法总结6例应用舌下腺组织瓣修复舌侧缘肿瘤等病灶切除后组织缺损临床资料，观察舌下腺组织瓣的愈合过程及修复效果。结果6例患者舌下腺组织瓣均愈合良好，术后1周舌下腺组织出现水肿，表面有伪膜覆盖，2周后水肿逐渐消退，伪膜逐渐消失，舌下腺表面避渐上皮化。术后2月复查，再生的黏膜光滑，与周围正常的黏膜无明显界限。结论舌下腺组织瓣对于舌侧缘缺损修复提供了一种便利、良好的修复方法。
