心理干预对疑病性神经症患者临床康复的影响

目的：探讨心理干预对疑病性神经症临床康复的影响。方法将80例疑病性神经症患者分为两组，每组40例。两组均予以帕罗西汀治疗，研究组在此基础上联合心理干预。观察8周。于治疗前后采用汉密顿抑郁量表及症状自评量表评定干预效果。结果治疗后两组汉密顿抑郁量表评分均较治疗前显著降低（P＜0．01），研究组显著低于对照组（P＜0．01）；两组症状自评量表各因子分均较治疗前显著降低（ P＜0．05或0．01），研究组躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、精神病性因子分显著低于对照组（ P＜0．05或0．01）。结论对疑病性神经症患者在药物治疗的基础上予以心理干预，能显著提高临床康复效果。

Effects of psychological intervention on clinical rehabilitation of hypochondriacal neurosis patient

Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention on clinical rehabilitation of hypo-chondriacal neurosis （HN） patient .Methods Eighty HN patients were divided into two groups of 40 ones each .Both groups were treated with paroxetine ,on this basis research group was plus psychological inter-vention for 8 weeks .Intervention effects were assessed with the Hamilton Depression Scale （HAMD） and Symptom Checklist-90 （SCL-90） before and after treatment .Results After treatment the HAMD scores of both groups lowered more significantly compared with pre-treatment （P〈0 .01） ,so did that in research than control group （P〈0 .01）;each factor scores of the SCL-90 of both groups lowered more significantly compared with pre-treatment （P〈0 .05 or 0 .01） ,somatization ,obsession ,depression ,anxiety ,hostility and psychotic score were significantly lower in research than control group （P〈0 .05 or 0 .01） .Conclusion On the basis of medication psychological intervention could notably improve clinical rehabilitation outcome of HN patients .
