| 摘 要： | 根据我国医疗技术发展的现状和趋势、卫生体制改革的总体特点和方向，对当前上海实行的医疗服务价格项目规范（《上海市医疗机构医疗服务项目和价格汇编（2010）版》）和《全国医疗服务价格项目规范（2012年版）》进行系统比较；查找两版规范间存在的差异，分析其原因，并提出上海版规范与国家规范相衔接的相关政策研究的建议。

| Abstract: | The study compared the medical service price list of Shanghai and national version according to present situation of China and the trend in the development of medical technology, the overall characteristics and direction of health system reform. The differences between the two versions of the specification and possible reasons were analyzed. The suggestions have been put forward for policy research to dock Shanghai version with national version. |
