独生子女精神分裂症患者系统化护理干预效果分析

目的：了解独生子女精神分裂症患者系统化护理干预效果，为临床护理提供依据。方法将72例精神分裂症患者随机分为两组。研究组32例，对照组40例。两组均口服喹硫平治疗，并接受精神科常规护理，研究组在此基础上联合系统化护理干预。观察3个月。于干预前后采用社会功能评定量表、阳性与阴性症状量表评定干预效果，随访1a统计复发率。结果干预后研究组社会功能评定量表及阳性与阴性症状量表评分较干预前显著降低（P＜0．01），对照组则无显著变化（P＞0．05），研究组显著低于对照组（P＜0．01）。随访1 a末，研究组复发率为9．4％，对照组为30．0％，研究组显著低于对照组（ P＜0．05）。结论在药物治疗的基础上，对独生子女精神分裂症患者予以系统化护理干预能显著提高临床疗效，改善患者的社会功能，降低复发率，优于单用药物治疗。

Systematic nursing intervention effect on only-child schizo-phrenic

Objective To investigate systematic nursing intervention （SNI） effect on only-child schizo-phrenic in order to provide basis for clinical nursing .Methods Seventy-two schizophrenics were randomly divided into research group （n=32） and control group （n=40） .Both groups took orally quetiapine and re-ceived psychiatric routine nursing ,on this basis research group was plus SNI .Treatment whole-courses were observed .Intervention effects were assessed the Social Functional Rating Scale （DAS） and Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale （PANSS） before and after intervention ,they were followed up for 2 years and their relapse rates added up .Results After intervention the DAS and PANSS score lowered more sig-nificantly in research group compared with pre-intervention （P〈0 .01） ,in control group those had no no-table changes （P〉0 .05） and were significantly higher compared research group （P〈0 .01） .At the end of 2 year follow-up relapse rates were respectively 9 .4% in research and 30 .0% in control group ,the former was significantly lower than the latter （P〈0 .05） .Conclusion On the basis of medication the SNI could raise clinical curative effect ,improve patients’ social function ,and lower relapse rate compared with single medication in only-child schizophrenia .
