| 摘 要： | 度洛西汀是一种5-羟色胺和去甲肾上腺素双重再吸收抑制剂，通过抑制5-羟色胺和去甲肾上腺素双重再摄取，增强中枢5-羟色胺和去甲肾上腺素神经递质的功能而发挥抗抑郁作用，同时提高5-羟色胺和去甲肾上腺素两种神经递质在调控情感和对疼痛敏感程度方面的作用，提高机体对疼痛的耐受力。无明显的抗胆碱能、抗肾上腺素能、抗组织胺能活性的不良反应，具有相对良性的心血管作用谱，药物之间相互作用少。对伴有或不伴有躯体症状的抑郁症、精神分裂症后抑郁、躯体形式障碍、广泛性焦虑症等均取得了较好的治疗作用。

| Abstract: | Duloxetine a double reuptake inhibitor of 5-HT and noradrenaline （NA） ,plays the role of anti-depression via inhibiting the double reuptake of 5-HT and NA and reinforcing function of central 5-HT and NA neurotransmitter ,meanwhile enhances 5-HT and NA action on regulating affection and sensitiveness to pain ,and improves organic tolerance to pain.Duloxetine has no obvious adverse reactions such as anticholinergic ,antiadrenergic ,antihistamine activity , has relatively benign cardiovascular action spectrum ,and inter-drug interaction is few. Duloxetine has a better therapeutic action on depression with or without somatic symptoms ,post-schizophrenic depression , somatoform disorders ,generalized anxiety disorder （GAD） and so on. |
