老年精神病患者低钾血症40例临床分析

目的：了解老年精神病患者低钾血症的临床特征，为临床干预提供依据。方法对40例老年精神病低钾血症患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果老年精神病患者低钾血症可出现在住院的各个时期，症状和体征可涉及多个系统，以神经精神、心血管、消化系统症状多见，联合使用多种抗精神病药物易致低钾血症。常规化验是确诊低钾血症的重要途径。结论老年精神病患者发生低钾血症影响因素众多，临床表现以神经精神、心血管、消化系统症状多见，应加强临床观察，治疗过程中及时监测血钾的变化，以避免不良事件的发生。

Clinical analyses of 40 senile psychiatric patients with hy-pokalemia

Objective To investigate the clinical features of hypokalemia of senile psychiatric patients in order to provide basis for clinical intervention. Methods Retrospective analyses of clinical data of 40 senile psychiatric patients with hypokalemia were conducted. Results Hypokalemia of senile psychiatric patients might emerged in each period of hospitalization ,symptoms and signs be involved in multiple systems ,especially nervous-py-schiatric ,cardiovascular and digestive system ,the combination of multiple antipsychotics easily caused hy-pokalemia. Routine laboratory was an important way making a definite diagnosis for hypokalemia. Conclu-sion Factors influencing the development of hypokalemia of senile psychiatric patients are numerous and nervous-psychiatric ,cardiovascular and digestive symptoms main clinical manifestations ,clinical observa-tion should be enhanced ,and blood K changes be monitored in time in the process of treatment in order to avoid the developments of harmful events.
