急性白血病患儿化疗期间黏膜炎的用药护理观察

目的 通过对儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病（ALL）患者大剂量甲氨蝶呤（HD-MTX）化疗期间黏膜炎的蒙-西药护理效果对比,探讨出一种对化疗后黏膜炎更有效的的护理措施.方法 对2005年至2010年收治的56例ALL接受HD-MTX化疗后毒副作用进行观察与护理,比较口腔炎、肛周炎应用益口、洗必泰与蒙药（嘎木珠尔粉）护理的疗效.结果 HD-MTX化疗后毒副作用中黏膜炎发生率最高,在黏膜炎中以口腔炎为最多见,其次为肛周炎.嘎木珠尔粉与益口、洗必泰护理疗效对比,以蒙药护理效果更好,经统计学处理有显著性差异.结论 常规护理加嘎木珠尔粉是HD-MTX化疗期间黏膜炎的更为有效护理措施之一.

The Comparison of the Medical Nursing Effectivenss Towards Mucositisof Child Acute Leukemia Patients During Chemotherapy

Objective Exploring a set of more effective nursing methods against mucositis during Chemotherapy using I-ID - MTX in treating Child Leukemia, Through the observation of the toxicity of the treatment using I-ID - MTX against Child Lymphocytes Leukemia （ALL） and the comparison between the effects of mongolian medicine in mucositis＇ nursing, exploring a set of more effective nursing methods. Methods Comparing the curative nursing effects of respectively applying Yikou and Xibitai on oral and anus mucositis and mongolian medicine - ga mu zhu er fen, on the basis of the observation and nursing of the toxicity after the chemotherapy using I-ID - MTX in treating 56 ALL during 2005 - 2008. Result The incidence of mucositis is the highest among the toxicities after the chemotherapy using I-ID - MTX and oral mucositis appears most frequently in mucositis, followed by anus inflammation. Compared with Kling and Xibitai. mongolian medicine turns out to be more effective in the nursing of light and mediate mucositis and the discrepancy among them is remarkable after statistics processing. Conclusion Regular nursing with mongolian medicine - ga mu zhu er fen is among the most effective methods against the Mucositis after chemotherapy with I-ID - MTX.
