复方甘草酸苷联合盐酸非索非那定治疗淤积性皮炎的疗效观察

目的 观察静点复方甘草酸苷注射液（萘普芬注射液）联合盐酸非索非那定治疗淤积性皮炎疗效和安全性.方法 将入选的85例淤积性皮炎患者随机分为两组,对照组40例给予氯雷他定片复方丹参片及复方氟米松软膏治疗,治疗组给予静点复方甘草酸苷注射液联合盐酸非索非那定片及外用复方氟米松软膏治疗,治疗4周后评价临床疗效.结果 治疗组痊愈率40％,有效率91％,对照组分别为15％和67％,差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,且治疗期间均未发生不良反应.结论 静点复方甘草酸苷注射液、口服非索非那定片治疗淤积性皮炎疗效好且安全.

Glycosides Compound Glycyrrhizin Combined with Hydrochloric Acid SuoFei That Treatment Curative Effect Observation of Siltation Dermatitis

Objective To observe the static point glycosides compound glycyrrhizin injection （naphthalene he injection） combined with hydrochloric acid SuoFei sedimentation dermatitis that treatment efficacy and safety. Methods Selected 85 cases of siltation dermatitis patients were randomly divided into two groups, control group 40 cases patients with loratadine tablets, compound salvia tablet and compound flumetasone ointment treatment, treatment group given static point glycosides compound glycyrrhizin injection combined with hydrochloric acid SuoFei that piece and external compound compound flumetasone ointment treatment, 4 weeks after treatment to evaluate the clinical efficacy. Results The treatment group cure rate 40 %, effective rate was 91 %, the control group were 15 % and 67 % respectively, the difference had statistical significance （P〈 0.05）, and were not adverse reactions during treatment. Conclusion Static point compound glycyrrhizin injection （naphthalene he injection）, oral indomethacin SuoFei that sedimentation dermatitis curative effect is good, and safety.
