直肠癌不同体位放疗回顾性分析

目的:探讨直肠癌患者调强适形放射治疗(IMRT)的合适体位。方法:64例直肠癌患者按放疗体位分为仰卧位及俯卧位,比较放疗的不良反应、照射靶区以及危及器官剂量。结果:直肠癌患者采用仰卧位及俯卧位放射治疗在出现急性放射反应、靶区剂量及危及器官平均剂量及最大剂量方面比较差异无统计学意义。结论:直肠癌采用仰卧位行IMRT放射治疗与采用俯卧位行放射治疗效果无差异。为提高患者舒适性及重复性,采用仰卧位放疗较俯卧位放疗更为适合。

Study of intensity-modulated radiotherapyin supine and prone position for rectal cancer

Toexploretheappropriatepositionintensity-modulatedradiotherapy（IMRT）insupineandprone position with rectal cancer. Methods：Sixty-four patients with rectal cancer were divided into supine position and prone posi-tion. Comparison of radiotherapy adverse reaction and planning target volume,threatening organ dose. Results：No significant differences were noted between prone and supine position groups on dose distribution of planned target areas and dose-volume relationship of dose-threatening organ. Conclusion：IMRT in supine position for rectal cancer seems comparative to that in pro-neosition regarding to both the target coverage and the tolerance of dose-threatening organ.
