| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨内镜下甲状腺切除手术喉返神经的保护.方法 中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院耳鼻喉头颈外科58例患者,均行经锁骨下入路无注气内镜辅助下甲状腺腺叶切除,术中常规暴露喉返神经.结果 手术均顺利完成,术中无喉返神经损伤发生.结论 经锁骨下入路无注气内镜下甲状腺切除术是一种先进的微创手术方式,常规暴露喉返神经不会增加损伤机率.

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the methods of the prevention of recurrent laryngeal nerve injury at endoscopic thyroidectomy through subclavicular approach. Methods The clinical data from 58 Patients undergoing endoscopic thyroidectomy from Jan 2013 to Jun 2013, in the department of ENT/Head and Neck Surgery, the Second Affiliated Hospital of SunYat - sen University, They all underwent thyroid gland lobectomy, Exposing the recurrent laryngeal nerve during total thyroid lobectomy. Result The 50 operations were sueeessful. No complications happened. Conclusion Thyroidectomy through subclavicular approach under endoscope is minimally invasive thyroidectomy, thyroid gland lobectomy not increased recurrent laryngeal nerve injury incidence. |
