深刺夹脊穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症40例临床观察

摘    要:目的观察深刺夹脊穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将符合诊断标准的80例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组采用常规针刺疗法治疗,配穴的选取参照治疗组;治疗组在采用深刺夹脊穴疗法的同时,根据疼痛部位的不同,选取不同的配穴治疗。结果80例患者治疗后对照组总有效率为80.0%,治疗组为97.5%,两组比较有显著性差异(P(〈0.01),治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论深刺夹脊穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症,疗效显著,操作简便,毒副作用少,值得临床推广。

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion treated with deep acupuncture on Jiaji( EX - B2). Methods 80 cases that were complied with diagnostic standards were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 40 cases in each one. In control group, routine acupuncture was provided and the supplementary points were selected in reference to the method in treatment group. In treatment group, while deep acupuncture on Jiaji( EX -B2 )was provide ,the supplementary points were selected according to the locations of pain. Results After treatment for 80 cases, the total effective rate was 80.0% in control group and was 97.5% in treatment group,indicating significant difference in comparison(P 〈 0.01 ). The efficacy obtained in treatment group was superior to that in control group. Conclusion Deep acupuncture on Jiaji( EX - B2) achieves significant efficacy on lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion. This therapy is operated easily with less toxic side effect and deserves to be promoted in clinic.
